Question about domestic abuse, power of attorney, access to things etc?

Have you learned your lesson yet? Never, EVER have everything put in just 1 name!. You need to get a lawyer now to fight for your rights as a spouse. There has to be some way around it and a lawyer should know. When I was going through my divorce, my x went to the bank and took everything out, even though my name was on the account, also. You know what they said to me? It depends who gets there first. You need to act now or losing your kids could be next.
