Attorneys question whether what Taco Bell calls ‘beef’ is actually beef; your thoughts?

I just finished reading this article. It doesn't surprise me. You know, the fast food restaurants get all the extra ground beef that was tested positive for e-coli, but at "acceptable" levels? I learned this in culinary school and I no longer eat at fast food places. We need to get back to cooking at home, we'll all be alot healthier and it's safer.
