Haven't received my Crown Brush order yet?

Ok. I placed the order on Christmas day.Three days later it processed, five days after that my order shipped. (That's January 3) It has now been 17 business days since the order has shipped and I still have not received it yet. How do I contact them? I've tried calling, emailing, but I've gotten no responses. What do I do?
